These terms apply to purchases from The Collectibles through this online store. The store is operated from Australia and hosted on Shopify.

Products and condition

Read each listing for the product, edition, size, condition and what is included. Official digital product images are used where identified. Contact us before ordering if you would like item or box-condition photos. We do not promise a particular box grade unless it is expressly stated in the listing.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed. Shipping and any applicable taxes or duties collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Please check your items, contact details and delivery address before submitting an order.

Stock and order issues

Items described as in stock are held in Australia. If we discover an availability issue or a material listing or pricing error affecting your order, we will contact you with the available options. You may decline a proposed change and receive a refund for goods we cannot supply as ordered.

Order changes and cancellations

Email us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated before dispatch. After dispatch, our returns and refunds policy applies, together with any cancellation rights required by law.
